Je pense connaître la raison émotionnel à ce ressentit, cette frustration.
J’étais un joueur rigoureux, patient, en plein contrôle de son jeu et de ses émotions jusqu’en fin 2012.
La raison de ce manque de contrôle émotionnel est lié à plusieurs deuils qui sont arrivé en même temps.
Je connais bien le processus du deuil, je l’ai affronté honnêtement avec des pros et ma famille. Cela fait 1 an.
Mais pourquoi ces émotions continuent actuellement à m’empêcher d’approcher une réflexion sereine et ev+.
Dois je arrêter le poker ou travailler la pnl à nouveau. Jouer beaucoup moins serait surement la meilleure réponse.
Le vrai bilan
Appeler par l’envie, l’obsession de débloquer ce bonus dépôt de 150€ je me suis retrouvé depuis la dernière fois dans une pseudo spirale de multitabler entre 8 et 12 tables en SH.
Ma bk actuel est 151.02€
Pour être clair j’ai pris cher à plusieurs reprises, et je n’ai pas réussi à canaliser mes émotions pour rester zen et lucide.
En mode pétage de plomb, j’ai joué nl2, nl5, nl10, nl20, nl50. Avant de totalement partir en sucette, je poste.

c’est vrai il faut un paquet de main pour justifier de notre niveau sur la limite. Je suis aussi tout à fait d’accord du ratio VPIP/PFR. Hélas, je remarque sur mes sessions que je suis un rock pure. je n’arrive pas à trouver des situations profitables aux open bet pour obtenir un VPIP autour de 20. Je pense avoir eu trop l’habitude du SH 6 joueurs sur les autres rooms. Winamax me pose problème à ce niveau là.

Ma sélection de table est lié au nombre de joueur avec VPIP supérieur à 40. Ma règle est simple avoir minimum 2 joueurs avec ce VPIP.
Ce qui fait que je fold très facilement preflop des A10 o/s – des +22 ou des broadways, voir des suited connectors.

Pour être honnête j’ai pas fouillé le topic pour savoir si cette demande a déjà été faite. Si c’est le cas, désoler de doublonner la demande.
Ma demande:
Si je tente de me connecter et que je foire mon mot de passe, j’arrive sur une interface d’identification wordpress avec le lien du style (approximatif) kill-tilt.fr/ws/admin
Il serait intéressant sur cette interface wordpress à la réussite de ma connexion « id+mdp » qu’il me renvoi par un « headerlocation »=>php vers le forum ou la page d’accueil killtilt et non un pseudo tableau de bord qui ne semble pas très utile.
En tant amateur de php, j’ai le sentiment que c’est un bug et non une action logique de l’appli.

Winning by folding: Je retrouve mon calme, j’ai repris confiance en mon jeu, il y’a moins de frustration. Il y’a une contre partie, c’est mon VPIP qui est très faible pour du 5 players. Cela ne pose pas trop de difficulté pour le moment en nl2. Mais sur des limites supérieurs, il faudra travailler ce point important.
Contrôle pot et ou prise de value: Je cerne mieux les situations wa/wb. Je joue plus souvent le bluff induced et je constate un meilleur winrate. En contre partie, je suis totalement exploitable pour des regs.
Points à améliorer:
VPIP/PFR trop faible
Situation favorable aux 3bets.
Augmenter sa consommation de jeu (sur la nl2 bien sur).

Sur la main 4 : je check turn pour obtenir un bluff induce river. Cette river m’aide beaucoup pour envoyer la sauce. Oui tu as raison sur le raise à 0.8 -0.9. Contre des joueurs plus prudent je risque fort de perdre de la value.
Je n’avais pas trop d’info sur le profil de vilain, je sais juste qu’il n’est pas cave max. Sur le coup je me suis dit qu’en mettant allin je montrais de la faiblesse alors qu’en raisant je montrais une grande force. Il lâchera JAMAIS (A9, K9,Q9,Q10) et je risque de perdre de la value avec un allin river contre (+22, AK, AJ).

Habituellement, je ne laisse pas le résultat des mains de vilain pour éviter d’être influencer dans l’analyse.
Mais bon sur ces quelques Hands, cela me semble évident pour tous.
Bilan de la session review.
-> Attention aux profils des joueurs.
(mains n°1, n°2 et n°4) – (se poser les bonnes questions – profil – pourquoi – avec quelle range – etc…)
-> ne pas jouer plus de 2h – sans pause……(main n°3)
-> éviter de spew les petites sommes.
->Élargir sa range au bouton et Cutoff
