For the very first time in my life, i have decided (since yesterday only^^) to read (in english, that’s why i post in english
) a mental book of poker(« the poker mindset ») and… this is so awesome ! I have read only the first chapter for now, and even if i knew or was familiar with most concepts that the book is talking about, this is just never bad to be reminded in my opinion ^^. I noted some (a lot^^) sentences that i found very good, I decided to share those sentences with you in case you are searching for a new mental poker book to read, THIS IS IT 
:– The five realities of poker are :
– Poker is a game of both skill and luck
– In the short term, luck is king
– In the long terme, skill is king
– Poker is a game of small edges
– Poker is a game of high variance
– Don’t worry about winning money; worry about making correct decisions, and let the money take care of itself
– If you don’t know how much you are winning or losing, you should be able to concentrate on simply making good decisions
– Leave your ego at the door
– Remenber that the goal in poker is to make correct decisions at the table, you introduce a new goal when you bring your ego to the table.
– Remove all emotions from decisions : anger, frustration, misery, fear, happiness, pity, pride, nervousness
– See if you can avoid the emotional responses that you usually have, or at least reduce their intensity .
– A poker player does have two defenses against his emotions :
– Do not play when you are in an emotional state that may cause your play to suffer
– Acknowledge your emotions, but don’t allow them to affect your decisions
– For players who continue to analyze, study, learn, and improve, the sky is the limit
– Even the best players are still learning

Coucou, le lien n’est malheureusement accessible que pour les comptes rapidgator premium
Serait il possible qu’un de vous le mette sur un autre hébergeur type mega, uptobox, mediafire ? Ce serait vraiment gentil, je cherche ce livre depuis un petit temps, j’ai mes habitudes avec amazon et il n’y est plus dispo ..
